1.) All Sales are FINAL. We will only credit (your account with us) for DEFECTIVE merchandise within 14 days of shipping date accompanied with the invoice. We DO NOT credit your credit card.
2.) If you receive defective items, please e-mail us your order # and item description. Please let us know what is wrong with the item Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit memo to your account with us.
3.) We are not responsible for any and all shipping charges that may arise for returning of merchandise back to us for credit. We will not accept any returns of any kind after 10 days of receiving date of merchandise.
